We visited Carlsbad Tavern with a group of 14 and had the pleasure of sitting outside on a beautiful evening. Although the restaurant does not normally provide separate checks, the manager agreed to do it for us upon request when setting up our reservation. Our waitress was knowledgeable and efficient, assisting us in making good choices from the menu. The food was amazing. Just spicy enough, with great taste and a little (or a lot) of bite. I had the brochette from the appetizer menu along with a cup of their fantastic green chili mac and cheese. Both were excellent. High marks for awesome wait staff, pleasant surroundings, interesting menu and great food!
