I've never been to the California location but I've actually been to Houston's many times which is owned by the same company my only complaint was I ordered a hamburger medium well and it came out medium rare they did take it off the bill but honestly by that point I just really wasn't hungry anymore I also ordered their cornbread and I don't feel it was as good as the other places that I've had it I think it must have been made to because literally it came to our table within minutes of ordering it and it wasn't really that hot all in all it was still on my birthday dinner from my girlfriend the manager came out and apologize for my hamburger and offered us dessert and then charges for it what do you do
