I've been having chronic back issues and my doctor suggested maybe a back brace would help, so he referred me here. I spoke with Mike at Next Step and he checked through my insurance and I was able to get it with out any out of pocket cost. So I went ahead and made an appointment to be fitted, he was able to get me in right away.
Mike was also the person to fit me for my brace. The store was clean and spacious. (Plus there were Star Wars posters on the walls!) He measured me and within 10 minutes I was trying on my new brace which fit great, no adjustments needed. He gave me verbal instructions on it's use and told me to call with any questions or concerns and he sent me on my way.
Mike helped make it a fast and easy procedure. I would recommend this establishment for medical supplies.
