If there was anything less than a one Service King would receive it! I was in an MVA 2 weeks ago, The next day I called Service King for an estimate in damages then I would call and file a claim..i made my appt for 11:30a the next day with Jonathan..the next day my husband calls and says our car isnt running and it will need to be towed to SKC he calls to tell them we will be late to the appt the girl we spoke to mia or mya front desk girl says she cannot find our car and that Joanthan no longer works at this SKC & also that we did not have an appointment and three times she tried to transfer us and each time we got a voicemail..finally we come in contact with Robert he was helpful and got out estimate to us by Monday. Monday I called with my Statefarm insurance for a verbal release of my vehicle because we found someone who would do it for cheaper as the SF rep and i are on the phone with SKC Myra or Mya or Mia she says the SKC does not have my vehicle and she does not know what we are talking about and she transfers me twice to Robert who again not answering the phone. After repeating my self and even giving her my license plate number and giving her a vivid description of my car she still had no idea what i was talking about. I ended up having to call the tow truck comp. that was picking up my vehicle and having to give him the full description of my car and the plate number to make sure he had the correct car. I WOULD NOT recommend Service King Collision to anyone! Take you vehicles somewhere else!
