Interesting. Even when I give them 5 stars, Alarmco "executives" somehow delete my HONEST AND ACCURATE review of their company. They have an active, openly racist employee. He frequently uses the "N" word, yet the owner and president continue to allow him to supervise black employees. He also makes demeaning and disparaging remarks about the dispatchers. I suppose the owner and president are just as narcissistic as Scott Cassell, which is how he continues to keep his job, even though he's got both drinking and gambling problems. It's only a matter of time before he snaps and uses the "N" word towards a coworker and Alarmco will be scrambling to cover their butts. Every comment about the company, the president, and the owner from this "man" is negative, but apparently it's the kind of publicity they crave. Good luck! Oh, Watch your back around him. He's already made documented threats.
