I've been meaning to update this for like two years.... Anyway, I went back that same year to have a car starter installed... again same great customer service, however... I had some issues with the car starter. It drained my battery because it caused my lights to flicker and I could not stop it. I take the car there and of course the problem doesn't repeat itself. Anyway, it happens again and I leave a message regarding the issue around 10pm... The owner calls me at about 12am (from a wedding) and tells me to bring the car in the next morning. I take the car in and they run diagnostic testing and find that it wasn't ground correctly or something. Anyway they fix it and I have not had any issues since.... So yes I was a little pissed that it was not done correctly the first time. I was a little pissed that they didn't take it in the shop and diagnose it the first time I took it back (but hey I don't think the owner knew or he would have... dude is really customer service driven)... but when the owner calls you from a wedding at 12am trying to make things right you do not down grade their rating. Ultimately I still recommend them without hesitation.
