I haven't actually stayed here, just parked my car for a few days as I was flying out of the Charlotte airport. I only had to wait maybe 15 min or so for a driver to come take me to the airport, which is good, but called to be picked up from the airport almost 40 min ago. When I called back after 20 min they told me the shuttles only come on the half hour (which still was 15 min ago). This is not what I was told when I booked and am quite sure I'm being blatantly ignored. If you don't want to sit around waiting for an excessive amount of time, park elsewhere. I've parked at a microtel and they were much better.
