I first found Fire Side Public House on yelp, actually. I stopped in on a Friday at about 630 with my fiancé and we found two seats at the bar right in front of the fire the cooks use that's centered in the middle of the bar. I say bar instead of restaurant because the place is mainly a giant bar with the cooks working in an open flame in the middle, with small tables on the outer parameter around the bar. Anyway, we caught the end of happy hour so we got our beers for a nice discount, and there was a really nice selection as well. The tacos were sold out so we couldn't get those. We decided to split an app and burger and they were both delicious. Bold flavors, perfectly cooked. We're definitely going back for taco Tuesday.
