We live right around the corner and have been talking about trying for a while now. We were a bit deterred since all the Ramen options have pork and we don't eat red meat. Did takeout and just ordered the Ramen sans meat. If you're a true vegetarian they do offer a vegetable broth but I had the Tonkatsu, pork broth, no meat, soft boiled egg, and requested as spicy as possible. It was delicious and they delivered on the spicy! Spicy yet flavorful as opposed to just setting your mouth on fire. So sorry we haven't tried sooner but thrilled we found a new go-to takeout just two minutes away!
