I drove here after getting a jump start at my job to get a new battery. It's over 100 degrees and when I get to the store I told the girl that works there my battery is bad. She is not happy, grabs the device that checks the batteries and goes to check it. She tells me it is still good and to drive around to recharge it. She never asked how old is the battery, nothing. I drove the car around and the next day what a surprise , dead battery. After getting another jump start, I drive to an auto repair shop and they said the battery is bad and I need to go back to Auto Zone because I still have a warranty. I went to a different Auto Zone they checked my information saw the battery is over 2 yrs old. They took care of the problem. I know it's hot and I too was stranded out in the heat, but this Auto Zone let me down and made me late for work the next day. If she had only checked my information I would not be writing this review.
