So the W is located far away from the main parts of the strip. It's kind of a hassle to to go anywhere because of that - taking cabs everywhere adds up very quickly.
When i checked in with my girls we were told our room was double booked and not available. The girl was very confused at what her job really is. She then changed the story and said our wasn't cleaned yet so we had no room. She did nothing to fix the situation, i had to start blowing up on her. So spoke to management behind a door and came out and offered us the room that we booked - which literally wasnt available 5 minutes ago! She then said it was cleaned out of nowhere. We didn't believe her and we didn't want a dirty room.
She then went offered that room with a poolside view, the came Romeo came out and offered us an apartment like room with a living room dining room two bathrooms and a light size bed. The room beautiful so we took it and didn't have to pay extra! The girl needs to be retrained.
I wouldn't come back to this hotel though, the location is not ideal and the service could be better!
