Very poor service. The reception staff is rude both in person and over the phone, the wait times are ridiculous (over an hour in the lobby, then another 30-45min waiting in the exam room), but if you are 5min late for your appointment they will cancel it, and good luck getting the snippy secretary to schedule you for another one in anything resembling a reasonable time frame. I really liked Dr. Colwell, but not enough to have to deal with this place. It's like getting a tooth pulled to get every appointment.
