I hate Edgepark. My son has juvenile diabetes. We have ordered every couple of months for several years now. We placed an order over 2 weeks ago and they claim his insurance was cancelled (without calling us). It was not. After straightening that out (or so we thought), I get an email asking that his doctor provide proof that these supplies are medically necessary. WTF? Juvenile Diabetes, an incurable disease...we've been getting the supplies for years, now we have out of the blue provide proof that he needs the supplies. I had to call yesterday and just pay out of pocket for an emergency supply so he wouldn't die. I checked again today - the sales rep entered the order incorrectly! It was also held up due to the insurance...unbelievable! How these people get these contracts I don't know. We have asked his doctor to find another source - ANYONE BUT EDGEPARK!
