I wish I could give zero stars. I've never been treated so poorly in my life for absolutely no reason. Days in advance I ordered a corsage for my 5 yr old daughter for the daddy/daughter dance. I came in to pick it up at the agreed time 11am. I told the woman at the desk I was here for the corsage and she basically jumped down my throat, "It's not ready, I told you 2, you'll need to come back". I said, when I called I was told 11am. She just said again "you'll need to come back". Not once did she say, I am so sorry for miscommunication, could you PLEASE come back. What I find so odd is that she immediately attacked me when I told her I was there to pick up an order. I was furious not that my order wasn't ready but how she spoke to me. The funny part... when I came in and was waiting my turn she was talking to another customer about the locals supporting the flower shop and the importance of that. LOL!!
I left the shop telling her I would not be back. She called me 5 minutes later to tell me she had my corsage, it was completed in the back and the 2pm was for a different person if I wanted to come back and pick it up. AGAIN, not once did she apologize for how she acted before, but now didn't even say sorry for HER mistake. I did go back for the corsage, but made it clear it was only so I did not disappoint my little girl. I will never order from them again, they don't deserve my business. I've grown up in Summerlin and now raise my own family here and I'm going to tell everyone I know how awful they were.
