I frequent the Bashas on Mcdonald in Scottsdale quit often & had exceptional service the other day. It was about a month ago & I feel bad for writing this so late, but better late than never =)
There was a young man working in produce when I came in with my 1 year old. I asked him which type of pear he would recommend for my son & he was super kind, explaining the pears & then offered to go cut a few up so that my son Nolan could try them. He was the nicest employee I've ever encountered in a grocery store especially since customer service is pretty much a thing of the past these days! I wish I had his name, but I'm sure if you ask the employees who helped the lady find a pear for her little boy, he would remember & you should definitely praise him for his manners & great service!
I've worked in the restaurant business for 15 years out here & rarely do I even find someone working for tips that kind & professional! Please find out who this was & give him endless thanks for representing your business well! Thanks
btw, he was more kind than most of your employees are while I'm checking out =)
