I was a customer for 3.5 years before giving up and firing them for poor performance. I use a pool service because I don't have time to worry about my pool. Love Pool Care was not able to remove worrying about my pool from my list. I never questioned the price of the service; I just wanted the pool clean and ready to use. To be fair, these are nice people who want to get the job done well. Unfortunately, good intentions don't get the job done well, and sometimes not at all. Their processes and practices are sloppy and unreliable. I spent WAY too much time trying to help them do a good job for me. My new service changed/fixed serveral things Love had done poorly during the initial sales call - in about 20 minutes. Nice people providing poor service should not be able to compete long-term. Perhaps there are so many pools in Phoenix this business can survive exclusively on new pool owners and very short customer retention. If I worked there, I'd be looking for a job with another service.
