Absolute worst storage facility. Twice within months of each other my mother in laws storage has been broken in to. The first time it took them 3 weeks to notify her. The second time they watched the women who broken in taking her stuff out on the flat bed carts and did nothing. The things that the women did not take were just left all in the hallway. How did the staff not notice this? They didn't even notify her until the following day. They didn't write up an incident report in their log book to keep record either. Maybe an inside job?? Absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Shame on you!
