Well I read the reviews before I went and was somewhat impressed by this barbershop. They did what was advertised, with the cut, and wash but I did not get my stash or my eyebrows trimmed as I thought I would. Most regular barbers do ask me but not by the woman who did my hair. Another odd things is that they used a hair dryer on high to blow the loose hair off of my head and shoulders into the cubicle! Generally there is a vacuum system for that. In the light you could see the hair floating around which makes for a dirty area and something you could breathe. I have never seen that before and it's not a good thing to do. I did get a decent head and shoulder massage and all in all was pretty good for fourteen bucks cash. I was in the chair for about twenty minutes so they are pretty quick. I might go back but maybe to a different barber or location to see if they all do the same things. I had an appointment but they do take walk ins. I was told that if you are even a minute late to an appointment you could be bumped to the next available barber. That seems a little harsh but that is their policy I guess. I am never late so it doesn't effect me but kind of irritated me that I was told this.
