Good Lord. Ignore the reviews by the college kids. They expect everything to taste like perfection and have the staff wipe their mouth after every bite.
My girlfriend and I had just come back from doing some hiking on a brisk day and needed something to fill and warm us up. We both ordered the Brickhouse Mac & Cheese. Sounded like a perfect blend of cheesy pasta with pulled pork, brisket and two bones of ribs. It also comes with a side of cornbread.
The pasta was delicious and the ribs were cooked perfectly. The brisket was a little scarce but overall it was a fantastic dish.
It was a Friday afternoon and only a few people were dining. We were acknowledged right away when we came in and our waiter frequently came by to check on our food and drinks.
Only complaint of this place? The barbecue sauces on the table weren't labeled and golf was playing on TV. Other than that I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming here again.
