Called State Farm they contacted these jokers. Told it would be an hour and I'd get a 10 min call prior to arrival. Received the call and yet no show....
Called them oh the driver picked up a vehicle in an accident hello I've been waiting for an hour already! Then called them again it's going to be another 45 min called State Farm told them they called Royal Towimg and Royal Towing told State Farm it'd be another hour after just telling me 45 min. Don't bother with these guys they are a joke and customer service was a joke as well!
