This is a late review but just reminiscing on my vegas trip got me thinking about this great restaurant. The service was impeccable. We thought we were sitting at the bar when in actuality our chef was our server as well. This was amazing. And he carried on a good conversation. We wanted an upscale dinner away from the norm and this definitely was. From the calamari to the oyster shooters to the Ahi tuna Salad we were impressed. There are so many restaurants in Vegas and this was one of our favs. Hard to eat twice at the same place but we are most definitely coming back.
