This is such a wonderful place to take your dog, particularly because it's one of the few (if not the only) dog park in Henderson that remains lit after sunset. As many people before me have mentioned, it is a mixed dog area meaning that large dogs and small dogs are allowed to play together. As the parent of a 93 lb German Shepherd, I can say that some small dog owners are weary of this fact! The dog park is completely gated with benches and a small covered area for parents to watch their fur babies. There is a doggie water fountain near the entrance. If you come on a weekend, you might even be able to catch a little league baseball game at one of the lower baseball fields!
It is a great place to meet other dogs and their parents. My dog child loves it here!
