I've been going to the Warner Road location for a year. The stylist are wonderful and service is great. However, I must say, my ROCKSTAR here is Christine!! As the Manager of this location she truly provides the best customer service/satisfaction you could ask for. Understanding the needs of the client and truly giving me the high end salon feel and care. Yes, for a quick and simple hair cut, honestly everyone is wonderful but when needing to have the real personal and that "I only want my stylist" feel, for me it is definitely Christine :) I went in there today desperately needing my highlights "gone wrong" fixed, the time and effort to make sure I walk away happy and satisfied she spent (always with a smile and positive attitude), I'm beyond grateful for! Definitely recommend this location and service :)
