This is such an amazing gym. I am not someone that does crossfit by any standards yet the coaches were super friendly in helping my clumsy self get the techniques down. They had patience and worked with me to show me proper form. They have a women's class, yoga on Saturday and then open gym at certain hours aside from the hourly classes given on the regular.
