My phone kept losing battery power so I figured it was time to get a battery replacement. I've used these people in the past to fix my screen and I had a good experience. The guy changed my battery and 2 days later, my phone just dies out of nowhere. It doesn't come back on at all, I take it to Apple and they told me that I should have got my battery replaced thru them, because outside vendors are not Apple technicians. I was without a phone for a day and a half, ended up having to purchase a brand new iPhone. I ended up losing a lot of pictures that were very memorable to me among many other pieces of information that I can no longer retain because I didn't back up my phone. I will NEVER use these guys again because it costed me more money than I expected. Do yourself a favor, go to Apple because it's the same amount of money for their TRAINED technicians to fix it.
