Last night I tried to redeem my 10 points for a regular size Taro milk tea with tapioca. They told me that I need to pay 50 cent extra for the topping. I explained to them that their website clearly stated that to redeem 10 points you can get one free regular sized drink with one complimentary topping. But they would not listen to me. I ended up getting the regular pearl milk because they do not accept debit under $3. Today I went to chatime the one located on Dundus. And I spoke to the manager and he told me they made a mistake. Next time If you want to go to chatime then go to the one near Dundas and Bay. Please avoid this location because they do not know what the heck they are doing.
