Product might be excellent but customer service by Ryan was a horrible experience. He took the protector of my cell without asking me for permission to do it assuming I was going to have to get the product. He told me $24.99 for a clear protector full body and when I show interest on it he change it to $39.99 clear protector full body. He even offer a discount if I agree to buy a gift card, the deal: $30.00 for clear full body in a gift card-he would wave the $9.99 fee for doing the job-and I have to get it done another day. What?Really! If you buy a gift card you can not get a refund but of course he would not tell you that. Wow what a deal. No thank you. I will pass. Also be careful because he kept my old protector which you need to send back in the mail if you have one that is life time warranty. So I went back and ask for it back. Ryan said:"Shield protectors sell in apple stores void phone warranty." I went in with a phone with a screen protector and I left with a phone with no screen protector. What a bad experience and bad service given by Ryan. I juts read the other reviews on the tempe area, it seem they moved the guys to the Arizona mills location. I will stick to my screen shield protector.
