Thank goodness their food is decent because the customer service is seriously lacking.
Most of us know what we are getting when eating at chipotle.
However, their customer service continue to degrade. In my most recent visit, the young lady wasn't listening of how I wanted a bowl. So when I corrected she gasped at me and stormed off leaving her station. Luckily the other young lady that was serving finished our order.
Get it together Chipotle!
