I travel a lot. I usually cheap out with shared vans but with two travelers, this service was only a little more. I discovered you get SO MUCH more. Our flights changed to nearly an hour *earlier* than scheduled. Phoenix dispatch was helpful and pleasant to deal with both when we called to report the change and when we reached the arrival airport. The car was there in about 5 minutes, as promised. Professional, helpful drivers, elegant vehicles, on time or early so no worrying. I'm sold on it.
