We purchased a groupon for the 2-week fast track swimming program and used it during memorial day week. My daughter went through a similar program from a different organization last year with great success. We have a pool at home and my 3-yr old daughter is typically very comfortable in the water. She was not very comfortable at all with her swim coach at Aspire. I took her the first week and my wife took her the second week. Without mentioning anything to my wife she asked if I thought the swim coach seemed colder than the others (not smiling, negative body language) and I agreed. My wife also mentioned that it appeared our swim coach was having random conversations with her assistant, during the session, which rubbed her the wrong way. On a positive note, the supervisor noticed my child struggling and offered to help her on an individual basis, after her scheduled session, which I appreciated very much. I saw lots of smiling faces from kids and parents seemed pleased with Aspire overall. So, while we will not be attending any more swimming classes we won't rule out trying a different service that Aspire offers in the future.
