So I just had a horrible experience at the Imperial Spa. Never going back there again. I was a customer for 5 years, and recently I always bought a four person groupon pass. Today I wanted to go there and I noticed that the prices have gone way up but still decided to buy a two person pass, use one today and save one for next time. So the horrible old woman working in the front had the nerve to deny me access cuz my groupon was for two people and I was alone. So she argued with me she couldn't let me credit the groupon fir next visit and told me simply to call groupon and cancel my transaction. HORRIBLE customer service. Never going back again. VERY BAD ENERGY FROM HER!!!!!! I spoke to a lady that was walking out of the spa and she couldn't believe how nasty the woman behind the desk was and she said she's not returning either. Place smells like sewer!!!! I do t even want to leave one star but looks like I have to to be able to continue with the post. BOYCOT THIS DUMP!!!!!!!
