When the hubby and I decided on a minivan, I was dreading the whole car buying process....We needed a new car (baby #5 on the way, a long legged basketball team of boys, and a sweet princess in a car seat!), we needed the space! We explored the Internet buying option with John Dominguez at Findlay Honda. He made every aspect of the buying process easy.
Here's the best way I can explain it...We made an appointment, he was on time, he showed us the features, took us for a test drive, knew his product (without bashing other brands), and the numbers were pretty cut and dry since we got a great deal and knew ahead of time the specials that were offered through their internet department. We dealt exclusively with the Internet department's "finance guys", not the typical wheeling and dealing when just walking into a dealership...they generously offered drinks and snacks from their cafe, have an awesome "kids corner" filled with clean toys (gated, with seating inside, and did I mention CLEAN?), we can't say enough!
Loved every aspect of the transaction, even the parts department (we had a few accessories added)! Seriously, buy here, and initiate everything online to save yourself some time! Came in at 10:30, by 1:30 we were setting up an appointment for our accessories to be installed and driving away!
