These guys are great. I called on a Thursday hoping they had next day availability for stairs, a hallway and a bedroom. They were able to get me scheduled like I had hoped. The next morning they called to let me know that they could actually come earlier which was great. We just got the basic cleaning. No upgrades although they did offer them to us in case we wanted to have them. The carpet looks great and they were quick and professional. It's drying very quickly. No chemical smell. They said their products are 100% safe and I believe they said they are natural. I am super happy with the service, outcome and price. I honestly feel like I'm going to be having my carpets cleaned a lot more often now and these guys are going to be my "go to". I could not be happier. Thank you!
