Already saw their product (Simonton windows) at a Home Show. While I did listen to 45 min. of the standard sales pitch initially, I then requested that their salesman perform the measurements and send me the estimate so that I could get on with my day. He became offended and stated that it was unacceptable to him. I showed him the door. I contacted the office and requested that they send someone out for an estimate only. Debra (who I met at the Home Show) agreed that it sounded like a reasonable next step. Not reasonable to somebody at that office apparently. She called back and wanted to send the "Sales Manager" (does that form of intimidation really still work on people?) and that my wife needs to be available. I stated that I will only accept a measurement and quote at this point. She stated that we cannot do business. Avoid this company is my assessment.
