I come here to get my car serviced on a regular basis and am normally given a fairly accurate estimate of the time it will take. However, the last couple of times when I have been advised I need a few extra service items done to my car and have asked how long it will take, I have been assured it will take under an hour only for that not to be the case. As I wait - well over the extra hour - I'm not provided with any updates on the status of my vehicle. I'm currently waiting more than 45 minutes after my service rep told me vehicle would be done, leaving me ample time to write this review.
