I had to terminate another management company just prior to leaving for a three week trip out of the country while there were tenants ready to sign the lease. He responded promptly to all my emails and kept me posted on the progress. They got the lease signed and took care of all of the details while I was out of the country. I am quite satisfied with their performance since they took over a couple of months ago. It's definitely a rewarding and positive experience as an out of state owner.
