The staff was helpful, I'm sure the quality will be fine when it arrives but the lengthy delivery time is completely ridiculous. I ordered a coffee table and side tables. After making my payment I was told 7-8 weeks for delivery, guess I should have asked. I can only assume some expert craftsman is constructing it by hand in Australia, New Zealand or deep within the jungles of South America and it'll take that long by boat when he's done. I mean really, this is 2015 righ? I ordered something on Amazon this morning around 8:25a and it arrived at my house around 5:45p this afternoon with their same day service.
Ok, so in general I don't have a big issue with Lazy Boy but seriously, 7-8 weeks is absurb for coffee table/side tables. Lazy Boy if you're reading this stop shipping your product by mule. There are faster modes of transportation out there.
