They have a great pre season sale with really good prices. Also if you have kids they offer a Jr. Buy back program for skis and boots. As far as in store experience on the other hand, there could be allot of improvement. Limited store hours makes it hard for working people to shop (if you don't work you can't afford to ski anyway, right). They will order items for you that they don't have in stock, but don't bother, you will wait at least a month. I knew this but ordered my daughter a jacket last year for Christmas anyway since it was October. it took over 2 months to come in the week of Christmas. In this area we don't have many brick and mortar options for ski supplies so they do get some of my business. But it's far more convenient for me to stop at Dick's or just order on line.
