My fiancé and I regularly attend movies and enjoy movies together. We recently decided to see wonder women together, after looking what time it was playing we asked for two tickets to the ten pm showing. We received two 9pm showings as the teller didn't listen to what time we wanted. This was okay because we didn't mind the error and decided to skip getting dinner before the movie. Afterwards, about five minutes in line for snacks we decided to ask for a refund. I approached the counter politely and asked the teller for a refund as we had changed our minds. The teller rolled her eyes and just walked away without saying anything. The manager walked over and was extremely rude in her response informing me that usually they did not give refunds. I was ok with this but what wasn't ok was the hostility in which she approached the situation. I asked her why companies think it's ok for people to be rude to their customers, her response was "Thank you, next!" in the rudest tone she could say it in. Thanks Regal, after years of going to your theatre I will be looking for a new movie spot.
