Been to this place about a dozen times. Unless you go during the week in the morning, it's always a wait and only half the chairs are being used. We have been turned away trying to go in the evenings.
Final straw was the last haircut which was done by someone who just didn't care. They did not cut my child's bangs correctly - pretty much the worst haircut I have ever seen. They did not section the bangs properly so the top layers were not cut. My husband didn't notice this because they wet her hair and brushed her hair back and it didn't show until her hair was dry and falling naturally. My daughter has a very simple haircut and whoever did this haircut rushed through it and takes no pride in their work. They said I could come back and they would fix it but they would not let me make an appointment and when we went it was the typical 45 min wait. They expected me to wait that long to fix something that should have been done right the first time. Never going back.
