I have been in a Haven Homes property for a little over a month now. The property manager is slow to respond or does not respond unless he needs something from you. Have had some major deficiencies in the home which have been "fixed" but not as well as could be and the situation is started to get heated as I am not satisfied and their position is they don't care. This company does not care about it's tenants and its lease is written completely in its favor. Other maintenance issues that prevent me from using portions of the house have gone unanswered for almost a month. My first experience with renting in a long time and not a pleasant one. And for the money I'm paying, should be much better. I would not recommend renting from this company. I"m sure if I stop paying rent they will be on my doorstop on day 4 after the grace period. They will fee you to death if you make a mistake, but their problem cost me $75 in electricity and no offer to make that right. I'm hoping you can do better in Las Vegas than Haven Homes.
