This office is awful. The waiting room for urgent care patients is not kept separate from those patients coming in for non-emergency appointments. I waited an hour to be seen despite having an appointment. While waiting, I was stuck between 2 people that were coughing their lungs out. I felt like I should have requested a shot while there just to make sure I don't leave the office with H1N1. Consider wearing gloves and a mask on your way into the office. If it weren't for Dr. Chou being so friendly and thorough I would never come to this office again.
