Pilates Tempe is one of the best things I've ever done for myself! When I joined a couple of years ago, it was a completely new activity for me. The instructors were patient, informative and made me feel so capable. I have been going for two years now, and I am still learning, improving and growing stronger and more flexible. Kris, the owner, is energetic and an absolute joy. The staff have all been wonderful instructors and really pay attention to form and each client's individual needs (knee problems, lower back issues, etc.....). Love this studio!
