Very unprofessional, brought my 2016 scion IM for a simple tire patch.. They took off my tire and said they couldn't repair it.. While my rim was on the machine I noticed 2 scratches from the bars and machine they used .. I told them and they tried to clean it off, but they couldn't and they told me I already had those scratches. I told them to check all the rims and see if I had scratches on any of the other rims and they couldn't find anything. They put my tire back on my rim and left my car outside the bay.. The manager didn't even tell me his name and said they didn't do it.. How can a brand new car have only one rim with scratches that they serviced be damaged? Don't come here I already complained to corporate
