I purchased a custom sectional at the Tenaya location 6 months ago...yes delivery was not when specified and i had to call several times to get answers from anybody. I already knew at that point customer service was lacking. Unfortunately last month 2 different pull cords broke on my recliners. I called customer service to file a claim only to be told i need to take pictures of the damages and then email them. Ok i did as asked and then got no response in 2 weeks, emailed a total of 4 times no response. Talked to several employees who told me first January the supervisor would call me back. ..no call...then they told me they were waiting for an answer from the manufacturer. Today i was told there are no notes about this and I am promised another phone call....this has now been 1 month! 2 recliners that i can't recline that i paid $3400 for. Bottom line the customer service is a joke here. Pray u dnt need anything from them after your purchase. If u buy the warranty beware u have to deal with the store for a whole yr after purchase!! I would never buy another item here or recommend this place to anyone.
