My first time coming here. I had to board my guinea pig for the holidays as I was going out of town for a few weeks. All the women that work there are lovely! Pleasant attitudes and make you and your pet feel welcome. While gone I provided the staff with everything my baby needed. Fresh veggies, hay, pellets and his water. When I arrived to pick him up, I paid and then sat down and waited for him to be brought out. My only complaint was that he hardly had any water left, his pellets had feces in them and his hay bowl was nearly empty. The girl did inform me that she had not yet fed him that morning, so perhaps that would explain this, however, it still left me slightly concerned. I would more than likely return however if i ever have to board him again.
