Hate Hate Hate Cox!!! Worst cable/WiFi service around. Not to mention super expensive for mediocre bare minimum channels and horribly slow non-dependable WiFi.
First, the WiFi service is so slow that I could mail a letter with the post office and have it delivered before I can get my email up an running. WiFi never works right, it constantly freezes everytime I'm on my laptop or phone. Cable either comes in all distorted that I can't understand the words so I just end up deleting the show hoping a rerun comes back on. Or, I'll be watching my show then it just stops working/recording and tells me to call the 1-800 number, to which they are usually closed when all these issues seem to happen.
Cox you guys are seriously delusional if you think $150.00 a month is fair price to pay for the crap service that I am getting. I can't wait until I can get my Direct TV back! You guys stink!!!!
