I would rather give zero stars but unfortunately I can't. Purchased a pair of boots and was told I could return them for a full refund which was also what the packing slip stated in the return policy section. Instead I received a store credit and they would not honor what I was told by their customer service rep. or what was stated on the packing slip return policy. To me, that is awful customer service. Wouldn't ever shop with this company again.
