This Harley dealership is fairly well equipped, the staff is friendly, and there's plenty to look at. My reasoning for the two stars had only to do with the parts department.
Coming from sales I've seen plenty of times where dealerships will say anything just to get you in the door, but never a parts department. Today marks the second time I've called and asked if a part was in stock and been told yes. BUT then on arrival to pick the part up.. "Well we'll have to order that, it'll take about a week."
Seriously? That's 3 hours of my life completely waisted because someone says oh yea we have that. Never again will I go to this dealership for anything.
