So after hearing much about Eli's - a friend and I ventured here last night. Granted we over 35, but even this place was too old for us. Not to mention that either that this part of Scottsdale is way casual or white sneakers, hoodies and bad jeans are the norm for this place. Good thing was there was no cover charge. Drinks were way overpriced. Mostly people in their 50s, lots of botox and boob jobs. One guy I talked to said there is no other place for people over 35 to go - how sad that this is the representation of places for mature folks to hang out. The band was decent, but after a drink my friend and I left. Is there no place in the valley for sophisticated singles over 35 to hang out? Goodness, I may need to move again!
